We are looking for a passionate Content Marketer to drive engagement and growth across all our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a knack for storytelling, an eye for detail, and a strategic mindset to craft compelling content that resonates with our diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy Development

  • Research and identify target audience preferences, behaviors, and content needs.
  • Develop content plans aligned with marketing goals and company objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize content types and channels (blog posts, videos, social media, email campaigns, etc.).

2. Content Creation

  • Write, edit, and proofread high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized content.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, or other creatives to produce multimedia content.
  • Generate original ideas for storytelling that resonate with the brand’s audience.

3. Content Distribution and Promotion

  • Share content across social media, email campaigns, blogs, and other platforms.
  • Engage with communities on social media to increase visibility and foster relationships.
  • Monitor and optimize distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement.

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
  • Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and ranking.
  • Track and adjust strategies based on SEO performance metrics.

5. Analytics and Performance Monitoring

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot to measure content performance.
  • Track metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Prepare reports and use insights to refine content strategies.

6. Brand Consistency and Voice

  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s identity and values.
  • Regularly update and refresh old content to reflect current trends or information.

7. Audience Engagement and Community Building

  • Respond to comments, messages, or inquiries on social media and other platforms.
  • Foster conversations and build relationships with the audience.
  • Use engagement feedback to inform future content development.

8. Trend Analysis and Innovation

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Experiment with new content formats and channels to attract and retain audiences.
  • Propose innovative campaigns to differentiate the brand.

9. Collaboration with Teams

  • Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with business goals.
  • Coordinate with external partners, such as influencers or guest writers.
  • Support other teams with content for events, product launches, or announcements.

10. Budget Management

  • Manage content marketing budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
  • Evaluate the ROI of content marketing efforts and adjust spending accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related role.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics, and trends.
  • Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for visuals and branding.
  • Basic graphic design and SEO knowledge is a plus.
