Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Acquisition

  • Use CRM tools to monitor and report pipeline status and performance metrics.

3. Customer Conversion

  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential customers.
  • Provide presentations and proposals tailored to customer needs.

4. Deal Closure

  • Negotiate contract terms and ensure agreements align with company policies.
  • Address objections and resolve issues to close deals efficiently.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

5. Market Research and Strategy

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer demands.
  • Identify opportunities for new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.

6. Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance, and forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

7. Relationship Management
